Print the housing

Wire the controller

Seat the filters

Slice the main chamber with three perimeters in matte black PETG. No supports required for the internal guide vanes.

Connect the MQ-135 sensor and the 12V PWM fan directly to the ESP32 dev board using custom harnesses.

Drop the magnetic carbon and HEPA cartridges into the intake. The magnetic seal prevents any dirty air bypass.
